By accessing leaduu.com or using any Leaduu service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Leaduu is operated by HELLART EESTI OÜ, Müürivahe tn 29-1, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10140 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia ("Leaduu", "we", "us").

Leaduu provides: - An in-page AI assistant ("Leaduu bot") that property developers and agencies embed on their websites to qualify visitors and generate leads - An AI-powered bio link tool for real estate agents (early access) Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

By submitting your details via the early access form on leaduu.com, you are joining a waitlist. Submission does not guarantee access to the service. We will contact you when a spot becomes available. No payment is required at the waitlist stage.

You agree not to: - Use Leaduu to collect data from visitors without appropriate legal basis under applicable law (including GDPR) - Misrepresent yourself or your business when registering - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Leaduu - Use Leaduu in connection with unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity - Resell or sublicense access to Leaduu without our written consent

Your use of Leaduu is subject to our Privacy Policy at leaduu.com/privacy. When you embed the Leaduu bot on your website, you are the data controller for your visitors' data. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and providing required privacy notices to your website visitors. Leaduu acts as a data processor on your behalf.

All content, software, and materials on leaduu.com and within the Leaduu platform are owned by or licensed to Leaduu. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission. The "Made with ♥ by LEADUU" badge displayed in Leaduu bots must not be removed or obscured unless a white-label arrangement has been agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leaduu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of leads, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Leaduu in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Leaduu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific conversion results will be achieved.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Leaduu after changes constitutes acceptance. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia (Harju County Court, Tallinn).
